My name is Jo and thank you for visiting my website.
I have always loved sewing. One of my first 'big' Christmas presents was a miniature Singer sewing machine. I would sit for hours, making handkerchiefs and tiny bags. From this I started using my grandmothers full size Singer and combined with sewing lessons at school I learned how to read dress patterns and was soon making clothing for me and my gran !!
Since then I have made items for my own children (and more recently, grandchildren), and it was when they were growing up that I first saw an "Embroidery" sewing machine. I was hooked and had to have one. I soon realised that it was possible to do so much on these machines and I taught myself how to digitize so that I could sew out my own designs. Friends and family always loved my creations and I was being asked to make items for birthday presents, weddings,.............................Jo's Embroidery was born.
Jo's Embroidery is a family run business. I still have the same passion and pride for my embroidery items and love the comments I get back from my customers. I only have one regret....... I wish I still had that miniature Singer sewing machine that my dad gave me...it would probably be worth a fortune now !!! ha ha

All payments will be made using major credit or debit cards through PayPal, or by using a PayPal account. You will not be asked for any credit card or bank details outside the PayPal environment.
We may need to contact you regarding your order. Please make sure you leave an email address that is frequently checked, or a telephone number that you can be reached on. If we are unable to contact you this may lead to a delay in completing your order.

Because the order you will be placing on Jo's Embroidery is personalised we will need time to embroider it to your specification. We will aim to post items within 5 working days. If you have an URGENT requirement then please contact us before purchasing. Depending on our workload/stock we may well be able to help you.
We use either Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service as standard. (UK Postage is included in the price). For orders outside the United Kingdom please contact us prior to ordering.
If you order several items at the same time a postage and packing refund may be due to you and I will refund it where applicable.
If you would like us to post your order to an address other than that stated on your PAYPAL account then we are happy to do so. Please make a note in the "note to seller" box when paying. We are also happy to enclose a gift card if required. Just let us know what you would like us to write on the card.
